1 - What is the difference between monitoring and traceability?
2 - What are the technologies shipped?
3 - What are the support points?
4 - How are the Journeys followed up?
5 - Can I view one or more vehicles via the Internet?
1 - Traceability:
Starting with information and data of the operation, an exclusive risk management
plan is created respecting the transport particularities and operations of
each customer. Data collection of routes, indication of support points, stoppages,
provisioning, overnight stays, mechanical/electric services, data collection
of the risk areas, creation of an electronic fence, among others, are handled
in the risk management plan, providing support to the operation of traceability
executed by the Opentech office 24hours. In the traceability, if it is the
case, the system Rastrear (software) accepts and checks the norms for values
and products shipped determined by the insurance policy. This checking avoids
that through error or ignorance of those involved, there are shipments and
journeys which are not covered by the insurance RCF-DC.
Monitoring:
Vehicles fitting the condition of monitoring have the signals of their equipment
lodged in integral time in the Opentech office 24 hours. The office, upon being
activated by the driver or a duly authorized person, will provide information
and help, as the requirement indicates.

2 – The traceability equipment installed in
the vehicles allows their movement and position to be followed up. In some
models, one can act remotely on some parts of the vehicle, such as: opening
and closing the trunk, allowing the uncoupling of the trailer, blocking the
vehicle, etc.

3 - Points known and geographically indicated (coordinated)
on the routes which can be used as a reference of localization and support
(gas stations, restaurants, fiscal control points).

4 – By means of an application on the
Web, the customer informs Opentech of all the features of the vehicle and
data of the journey. As soon as this information is received, the tracing
of the vehicle and its load starts.

5 - Yes. At the Opentech site, the customer
will have access (password) to the general report of the fleet, listing the
last position of all the vehicles which are traveling. The positioning made
available is online, i.e. the last position received in the Opentech traceability
office.
The customer will also be able to inquire about specific journeys, from the start
to the end, accompanying all the route traveled. The reference points and
all the highways traveled will be viewed directly on the map.
Having control of the cargo (knowledge), the customer will have access, for the
purposes desired (mainly logistics), to the exact localization of the vehicle
and goods transported, providing valuable information to the consignee of the
cargo shipped.
